What drives most people to achieve?
It could be something outside an individuals nature, but not everyone is naturally inquisitive.
Are people like Stephen Hawking naturally ‘gifted’ in their own area?
Some people seem to be ahead of their time. The culture of the time holds us back.
We do not like to gamble on change because we might lose what we have gained.
If its a question of motivation should we be providing that motivation?
If we do not motivate people to do something worthwhile they might do something we really do not like.
How do we connect with adults that are not interested in education?
If everyone was motivated to strive for the same educational goals we risk damaging society.
We still need something to keep us going, even those of us who feel we are naturally inquisitive.
Are the celebrities that young people look up to damaging?
Could social media be the hook that gets people interested in developing the skills they will need for work in ‘Digital Britain’?
